At Parental Alienation Children's Advocacy, our mission is to protect and advocate for children who are at risk of abuse or neglect through high conflict custody and divorce cases. We work tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of every child in our community and provide a multitude of services to assist parents with navigating court systems, evidence gathering and organization, referrals for community resources and more!

    Offering a unique perspective as both, an alienated child and alienated parent, our founder, Ashley Murphy decided to turn her pain into purpose and lead others through the madness that is family court, high conflict separations and custody issues. 

    Ashley found herself desperate to escape her abusive husband and once she left, she realized her battle had just begun. Her husband picked her son up for a visit and it would be a year and a half before she saw him again. Once she found him, she was served with a default judgement that had removed any visitation privileges or custody rights from her and was forced to leave her son in Texas. 

    After returning from Texas, Ashley found her will to fight and made a decision to do whatever it took to reverse this order. Her court battle was four years long and through that experience, she realized that the corruption and malice that is family court is set up to fail you and your children. 

   Ashley was victorious in educating school officials, lawyers, judges and anyone who would listen about the effects of Parental Alienation on the family system and how it effects every aspect of a family dynamic. She also became victorious in obtaining custody of her son in September of 2018.

   Ashley is excited to expand her vision, in an effort to reach more families, educate communities, school officials, court officials, and lawyers about how to spot and stop parental alienation and tools to not enable the alienation, in an effort to protect the children and break the cycle of abuse.

We offer a wide range of services, including exit strategies, knowledgeable help to prepare to present your case in court, help with finding case law to support your case, referrals for outside services, informing clients about their rights and helping to build evidence for your case, planning strategies for court, referrals for outside services for children, help with pro se resources, educating the officials in your case, coaching to help minimize the effects of alienation on the children,  and much more!
